While we have made some changes over the past year, our goal has always been to create a positive work environment for our employees. We understand that changes can be challenging, but we believe they are necessary for growth and improvement. Regarding pay, we aim to offer competitive compensation packages to all of our employees and can confidently say we are within market range for ALL roles. We regularly review our salary structure to ensure we remain competitive in the market. We have not had any layoffs but if you have any concerns about individuals who have left recently please contact the People team As for our product, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible solution. We recognize that there have been technical issues in the past, but we have taken steps to address these and improve the product. We have spent the past few months focusing on the quality of our product and hope to see those changes reflected soon.
