Pros
The people here are the best part about working for Smarp. Everyone is a team player and will step out of their own day to day responsibilities to help another colleague out. I love our values: #GSD, #FOMO, #BESMARP, #COLLABORATE, #NOPAINNOGAIN and #SOLVER - you can find the explanations behind these on the website. I feel like these are really woven through how we operate and not just fluff words on HR materials. Being a smaller company you know your work is meaningful everyday and has an impact on the success of the business. The executive team does a good job of motivating and celebrating successes. It's easy to support/sell a product you truly believe in as well. The Smarp platform is easy to use and solves real business needs of some of the worlds largest organizations.
Cons
I wouldn't consider Smarp a startup but it still has that startup mentality and that can be a pro and con at times. With small teams to support this powerful product there can be challenges with personal bandwidth and getting the resources or support you need as everyone is stretched thin. Like I mentioned above, the teams all work well together and everyone is willing to help each other out though.
