      Pros

      The last 3 years at Smarp has been a fantastic experience, learned lots and feel privileged to have been be part of the scaling and internationalisation of such a great product & company, both launching Smarp in the UK and leading to the successful entry into the USA from there, whilst carving out a new industry.

      Cons

      Creating & carving out a new market is always challenging but it is a great opportunity for ambitious, high-performing individuals.

      Pros

      Nice and authentic people, great culture, start-up atmosphere, no redundant office politics and a neat product. Growing fast so it is exciting to be on board.

      Cons

      Not many! Tech & commercial side could communicate better

      Pros

      The colleagues are very nice. Smarp manages to hire really good people, kudos to that -sadly keeping them in the company wasnt possible.

      Cons

      There are very many cons but if you are a sales guy, most likely you wont be signing too many contracts. And the sales cycles will be extremely long.
