      Progressive business, interesting products, good work culture, friendly people, very competent colleagues.

      Cons

      Product I worked on, bought in with much fanfare, was sidelined after a few months and then downsized with work force reductions.

      Decent product, and global market penetration.

      Cons

      Mergers have been devastating for staff and morale - I saw three in my tenure. Merit does not seem to matter. When new management comes in, everyone is axed.
