Pros
Lower-level employees with no decision-making power are a delight to work with
Cons
It's clear there are fake reviews being posted to save the ratings, but what a laughable attempt because this ship has clearly sunk. Let me start by saying that on a baseline level, HR can't do their jobs to save themselves. Not only did they "accidentally" tell a benefits provider that I was terminated (therefore I no longer had access to said benefit, and I had to find it out myself after some digging), I learned that I wasn't being paid equitably based on experience, location, or education level (so if they're even hiring remote anymore, beware...also the pay is severely under market). If you are remote, you are ostracized and it took almost a year for management to include remote workers in things like lunch stipends when the in-person teams were treated to lunches and time off mid-day. Middle management was a nightmare, where they kept overpromising and underdelivering, giving false timelines (including about commission payouts), and expecting you to do the work of 2-3 people as teams shrunk post-layoffs. Middle management also rejected any feedback, and didn't believe there was ever any room for improvement. When team morale was low, they hosted team virtual team bonding games to show "appreciation," which made it clear they were completely out of touch with what the employees really wanted. No true leadership is demonstrated at this organization, and it's clear it's very much not "people first" but "profit first." Don't bother with this company, save yourself the toxicity and trouble.
