      Pros

      unlimited PTO, sabbatical after 6 years, tools and technology to do your job effectively, lots of really good people throughout the company

      Cons

      Forced hybrid in certain locations, inconsistent raise/promotion systems, lots of hiring new leaders but not new workers so workers are getting burned out, and good quality workers are being fired left and right with no transition time to allow success

      Decent product, and global market penetration.

      Cons

      Mergers have been devastating for staff and morale - I saw three in my tenure. Merit does not seem to matter. When new management comes in, everyone is axed.
