Great teams, not so great management with a lack of transparency - Anonymous employee Smarsh Employee Review

Though working with teams and collaboration were my favorite parts of the job, the way I was handled upon departing the company was extremely sudden and cold, and went against the expectations that were given to me. Top management can benefit from learning to treat their employees and any departing members more warmly in advance. Also, huge lack of transparency around most things.
