Pros
Remote work (if you live in Rio you have to go to the office once a week) and possibility to improve english. They will pay what you ask for, more than 2 thousand dolars (not bad if you are brazilian)
Cons
Micromanagement, rude boss… they treat us as we were machines and not people. There is no RH and culture in this company. If you are hired as a sales person, be aware that you might have to make calls all day, sometimes cold calling. The boss says that machines send emails and real people make calls. You will only get 10 days of paid day offs a year and all holidays will be american. So ask for a higher salary to compensate that. Don’t count with commissions, it is so little. And good luck, you will need it.
