Pros
1. Company is growing insanely quickly! Everyone knows exactly how they contribute to the growth and it gives us all a sense of ownership and pride 2. We are 100% remote. SmartAsset does an amazing job of making sure everyone is connected in a virtual world. I have never felt alone or forgotten. We have virtual daily team huddles (twice per day), team virtual happy hours, constant contact through slack and google hangouts, and company wide virtual activities like happy hours, book clubs, etc. 3. Career growth is a real thing here. From day one, all reps on the AM team are asked to think about where they want to be in 1, 3, and 5 years. Their managers help them come up with tangible steps to get there and the journey begins. 4. We make money. Which is important...especially in sales. As an AM, you will be given a good size book of business and are free to work it how you see fit. There is a lot of money to be made and those that work hard and are natural AMs make some serious $ 5. Culture is very important. Every single person at SmartAsset is made to feel like they are part of the family. We care for each other, help each other succeed and celebrate together when we win. And we have been winning an awful lot lately. Feels good to win :)
Cons
1. We are growing very rapidly. With that growth comes growing pains. But if you are able to be flexible and get a little scrappy with the proverbial duck tape and super glue, you'll be fine. 2. Lots and lots and lots of work to do. Which, if your someone who hates being bored, is perfect for you. But if you are someone who likes a clean inbox and a fully crossed off to-do list at the end of each day, it can be a struggle.
