Pros
I have the opportunity to work with incredibly talented individuals who are deeply committed to their work. The company has significant potential, especially considering the strength of its products and the enthusiasm of many of its team members.
Cons
However, my overall experience is impacted by several structural and organizational challenges. The work environment is overwhelmingly stressful. The level of micromanagement in daily operations limits individual autonomy and leaves little room for professional growth, particularly in areas like time management and personal responsibility. The extreme control of every employee's daily work often impede targets achievement, building obstacles instead of support tools. Sales processes often lack strategic direction and data-driven decision-making, which make it difficult to adopt a consultative and high-level approach—something that is essential for any SaaS company aiming to deliver real value through its solutions and not devaluing them. One of the biggest missed opportunities lies in the underutilization of internal talent. There is a noticeable gap in cross-departmental communication and limited opportunities for learning and development, which hinders both individual and company-wide progress.
