      The manager I had was great and flexible hours for college students

      Terrible pay for dealing with upper management out of the store. No sense of direction.

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Cons

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
