      Steady. Part of a union if you like that

      Horrible management. They can't seem to hire quality employees so a lot of things get swept under the rug and the strong employees have to pick up the slack.

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Cons

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
