      Because the owner is the best very kindly hearted

      Cons

      Just dealing with all employees just yourself but I stand to manage it. It was a huge challenge in my life but I had fun and made Smashburger home and my coworkers made it home for me I wouldn’t make it without all of them

      Pros

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Cons

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
