      Leadership has no idea which direction to go - unfocused. Mixed messages due to constant changes in upper management No work-life balance if want the restaurant to succeed No growth opportunities

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Cons

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
