Bad ethics and excecution - Anonymous employee Smith Environmental and Engineering Employee Review

Comfortable atmosphere, friendly people, very smart, project-focused people.

Can be long hours at times, small parking lot.

Flexibility, thrust into new roles, very nice office location.

Base pay is relativley low and when time for pay increase/ promotion they make excuses about finanical issues but still manage to pay Upper Management 6-figure salaries for little to now work. Management will use it's employees in whatever way they see fit to appease clients. This includes putting employees into roles they are not comfortable in with little to no prior training and forcing employees to do more with less to cut costs for clients and improve the margins for themselves (which employees won't see).
