Flexibility, thrust into new roles, very nice office location.
Cons
Base pay is relativley low and when time for pay increase/ promotion they make excuses about finanical issues but still manage to pay Upper Management 6-figure salaries for little to now work. Management will use it's employees in whatever way they see fit to appease clients. This includes putting employees into roles they are not comfortable in with little to no prior training and forcing employees to do more with less to cut costs for clients and improve the margins for themselves (which employees won't see).
As the title says, my time at SMITH offered me plenty of unique working opportunities to build my resume and gain experience. I personally also had a great supervisor, who gave me solid direction with my tasks but also allowed freedom to complete them in the way that was best for me.
Cons
I felt that the higher-up part of the company wasn't always as transparent as they could have been. It seemed that there were changes being made that I wasn't always aware of. They fortunately didn't affect me too much, but I would have appreciated more communication, especially as it comes to the company's standing
