Great people ! Working in a business that impacts all parts of society and knowing you’re part of creating new technology for the future is awesome! Karen, the President is one of the better President’s that the Group has had in a long time. She really connects with the business and the people. Very down to earth and always willing to talk to you or even have a laugh and a joke - very different to any of the other President’s in the Group. Always takes on board any feedback she receives and actually does something about it. Karen and the SLT all work hard to make the business successful both from a business but also from a people perspective. Genuinely, trying to change the culture in the business for the better. The executive team are much more aligned and this shows when talking about the direction the business is going in. Lots more focus on people development, driving business change and overall making Interconnect a great place to work. If you have ambition to grow and own your own career aspirations then you’ll be given the freedom to thrive and be recognised for your hard work.
Cons
As with any business, systems can be a challenge, benefits could be a little better but the Group overall are slowly making steps to change this. Lots to do all the time but this keeps things fresh and challenging. Great effort being done to recognise the good work people do all over the globe.
