Smoke CI has some of the smartest, enthusiastic and unique employees/team members working for the business. Smoke CI generates solutions. Smoke CI craves Victory and wants to win. Smoke CI is passionate about their clients, and creating certainty for those clients to be bold. Smoke CI is passionate about VoC and CX. Eyerys, our VoC Software Platform, is world-class.

      A fairly flat structure, but there are opportunities to carve career paths.

      Great company to work with all types of industries, including many big corporates in SA. Good leadership that backs you. Supporting teams and a good visibility across the business due to great processes

      Cons

      This is not a corporate company, they are a hard working professional team and you have to pick up at any point where you are needed. It might not be a con for most, but if you are from a corporate background it might be difficult for you.
