Sometimes things feel a bit unorganized. Like, we don't have a specific process to follow in certain scenarios. But, this is mainly due to the bespoke solutions we offer clients and this often comes with new learnings and out of the box thinking. But, we always make a plan and that's something I personally enjoy!
