Pros
The culture at Smoke CI is amazing! Our Social Committee is always finding new ways to keep the company engaged. When working, we are exposed to other teams too. There is so much collaboration and I've formed so many life long friendships here. You learn and grow so much. Personally and professionally. I think there are very few companies out there that offer you as much learning potential if you're willing to be involved. It's just a great place to work!
Cons
Sometimes things feel a bit unorganized. Like, we don't have a specific process to follow in certain scenarios. But, this is mainly due to the bespoke solutions we offer clients and this often comes with new learnings and out of the box thinking. But, we always make a plan and that's something I personally enjoy!
