      1) Upper management is not good 2) Work hours are not flexible, travellers might struggle due to this 3) No work from home policy

      Pros

      There are endless opportunities to explore and advance your career at Snapdeal. The Heads are always accessible and willing to help whenever needed. Beautiful office and infra, No time restrictions, Employee friendly HR policies and Fair compensation.

      Cons

      Since growing so rapidly, there are a lot of spontaneous work happen fairly frequently, which can be stressful sometimes. Location is slightly off from the main city.
