Pros
- Discounted product - The (small) handful of good/nice/competent people who are part of the Snapfish team - The“big company” perks that come with the being acquired by Shutterfly - Flexible work from home
Cons
- Antiquated, old school ideas with no room for innovation - Hateful employees who have no issue insulting you to your face or behind your back - No autonomy, tons of over management from people in random roles — so many cooks in the kitchen and no clear leadership on projects - No accountability, everyone just shifting blame - Very few people are properly trained at their job, so it’s a lot of unqualified people just bumbling around - You will constantly be asked to go above and beyond to make up for these unqualified people. Their managers will never step up to help them grow/learn - Certain people who have been around for longer periods of time are protected by the old school mentality. They can do anything they want with no consequences, including screaming at people on meetings, bullying, canceling meetings because they “don’t like someone”, etc - Understaffed is an understatement - Newer folks or anyone with fresh thinking is dragged down until they are so defeated or ultimately leave - Leadership fails the worker bees time and time again - Avoid working with anyone on the Snapfish CRM or international teams. If your potential role interacts with them at all, RUN. They are mean, rude, and not open to growth, conversation, or change
