      The management is driving this place into the ground. Pay isn’t competitive for the conditions you have to deal with to work there year round.

      Great work life balance, good managment, great work culture, safety focused.

      Cons

      Low pay for the area. Most people I worked with had either a spouse with a decent income, major family support, or a trust fund of some kind.
