Pros

Snowbird as a company is an awesome. Good benefits, and you get to ski one of the best mountains in the country. Upper management (other than one department) is great. People seem to be happy working at Snowbird.

Cons

The reason for my low rating of Snowbird is strictly the department that I worked in, Food & Beverage. The directors of Food & Beverage create a very toxic work environment, especially if you're in management. The manager turnover rate is very high because managers can't take the gaslighting and manipulation much longer. I could go on and on, but this is the gist of my experience in Food & Beverage at Snowbird. The work/life balance in this department is also terrible. Upper management in Food & Beverage had blackout vacation time from middle of November, until end of April. Even though they were all taking multiple vacations.
