Cons
Underwhelming SDR management (80% of time is spent interviewing candidates or gossiping with other managers, instead of working with their team). Was blatantly lied to in the interview process about % of people who get promoted to CAE from SDR; the vast majority of SDRs will not be promoted internally. SDR org is generally jaded, as promotion feels out of reach, even for top performers. Rampant office politics.
