1yThank you so much for providing this feedback! We also believe that watching our clients make progress is one of the most rewarding aspects of this work. We are always looking to improve processes to best serve our clients and employees. It is our priority to support our team members to the best of our ability throughout the growth of our company.
Our scheduling needs change due to client and employee availability (if either call out sick or are unable to make it to the center that day). We understand these changes can be hard to manage and appreciate your flexibility with this. While the scheduling changes cannot be completely eliminated, we are actively working on ways to improve the consistency for all of our team members.
