Soar Autism Center Response
1yThank you for sharing your experience and feedback. We genuinely appreciate hearing from our team members, as every perspective helps us grow and refine our approach.
At Soar Autism Center, we prioritize the fidelity of our organizational planning and the quality of both our business operations and the services we provide. We acknowledge that the healthcare industry presents certain constraints, and we continuously strive to make thoughtful decisions within these boundaries. Our leadership team brings over 50 years of collective experience in multi-site healthcare management, which guides us in navigating these challenges with a deep commitment to improvement.
Soar maintains a non-retaliation policy related to providing feedback. We would not terminate an individual for adhering to our specified feedback channels.
Listening to feedback - positive or negative - is central to our core value of continuous improvement. We actively seek insights from all levels whenever significant changes are on the horizon. For example, both our RBT and clinician career progression systems were designed with significant team member input. Team member input continues to guide the continued improvement of these systems. This commitment to improvement means we are always working to enhance communication, strengthen support systems, and provide clarity around roles and responsibilities.
