As many of the reviews here accurately state, Sobi employees really nice people who care about the company and their work. This is a bad company otherwise.
Cons
Great work colleagues can only go so far. The company works employees to death, requiring 16+ hour days 7 days a week. The company doesn't offer traditional paid time off but instead offers "unlimited time off" which translates, really, to no time off. I found the leadership team to be both poor and demoralizing. They have their favorites but beyond that they are quick to criticize without bothering to learn the facts. The company has also been a revolving door over the past two years as people reach breaking point and resign. The company is severely understaffed with no intention to address important issues like work-life balance, burn out, etc. This is why Sobi remains a one year only destination for new hires.
