Pros

Good benefits from the start of employment . Monday through Friday , daytime hours for a job that is typically a nights and weekends situation . Accomodating if you need time as long as you give them some notice . Genrerally good people.

Cons

Very little acknoledgement of the typical workers from managment . Tend to not find out what is going on until it has already happened . Pay is not great for the amount of work done . Senior managment would be better served paying more attention to the people who make the kitchens work, not the middle managers .

Pros

My direct coworkers and other onsite employees are amazing and some of the nicest and most welcoming people I’ve ever met. The day to day responsibilities are enjoyable to work on most days. Company phone provided for work communications during work hours (you don’t have to take them home with you) Free meals on shifts worked (with restrictions) “Set schedule”

Cons

Work life balance is not great. You hire on for one position or schedule and then end up being required to perform job duties that are outside of your description on top of your daily responsibilities. Wages are really low. Unfair distribution of allotted overtime hours. Benefits are not good either. Insurance is really expensive for not great coverage. Maternity leave is only 6 weeks and only 60% of your pay covered by short term disability (that you pay for out of pocket until 2 years of service)
