Sodexo is unfit to be in business and the Corporation is biased - Healthcare Consultant Sodexo Employee Review

This company represents the good old boy club and all of Sodexo Management has a narrative that reflects the greedy taking advantage of the workers. Management takes golf trips with vendors and finds away to take advantage of the workers. Sodexo is like a bad joke and everyone apart of management is in on it. Sodexo Corporate in GAITHERSBURG, MD preaches to everyone see something say something, but when you do they look the other way and nothing every changes. There is no real training and Management does not follow Sodexo policies and District Managers only appear when the client complains then find someone besides Management to blame for their shortcomings. Sodexo Corporate need to quit defending Management and should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this happen in their Corporation.
