      Pros

      getting good experience; working in my profession; I have autonomy in my work which is good for growth and professional development; need to figure things out on my own.

      Cons

      No direction; leadership does not resopnd to my questions; feel extrememly disconnected from the company; no real direction, performance appraisals, etc....overall, a very disjointed company

      My coworkers are the best

      Cons

      No pay raises because I’m relief dietitian even though I have been subjected to evaluations which have been good past three years which is frustrating because I give my all to my work and I get no other benefits like PTO. I feel ignored by Sodexo and wish I was a hospital employee again.
