We are so thankful you took the time to share your opinion of Softrax. We certainly glad to hear that you’ve had such a positive experience with Softrax thus far. You’re correct in that past Softrax has gone through a transition period and some older reviews on this site may reflect opinions of employees during that time frame. Under the new leadership of Tom Zauli, our corporate direction has been outlined for Sofrax and will continue to be sharpened and fine-tuned over the coming months and years. Our communication program is only going to become more detailed and information-rich as we move forward with our marketing and product development plans!
