Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I am really sorry that your experience at Softrax did not match our intention of being the best place you have ever worked. As Softrax matures, we continuously look for ways to enhance and improve employee benefits. We recently switched to new health benefit plan with Cigna. Our employees can customize a package for themselves and their families which include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and more. Employees of Softrax also receive, paid vacation, personal, and holidays. This year our HR department incorporated an additional 2 paid holidays for employees. We are now partnering with Interactive Health to deliver a wellness program available to our employees and their spouses that makes healthy living fun and rewarding. Hopefully you were able to take advantage of some of these benefits. We thank you for your feedback and will bring your concerns to our human resources department to work on improving our benefits package. In regards to our office environment, we are working to create a fun and modern work space with a recent renovation to our furnishings.
