It is very unfortunate to know you feel remorse over loss of opportunity to work with us. Good amount of training and subsequent exposure to live project is given to each new joiner so that they are well prepared and skill wise equipped for the project. Yes, very few (1-2) employees were terminated for their inadequate performance. The employees are well communicated several times about their incapability to perform before being terminated and they are paid for rendering their services. Soft Suave being multi-cultured organization believes in diversity and encourages official language English at professional environment. Company do have 2 years of bond for only freshers which is very much prevalent in IT industry. There is no submission of original certificates or deposition of cash for the bond. Three months is the notice period which is status quo condition of every organization. Please be well informed before giving false information.
