      I will suggest not to join that Company. Management is very poor. There is neither proper training nor the support from seniors. They terminate employees at any time without solid reason. Don't spoil your future by join this company. Positive reviews are added by management. They force to work more than 13 hours but their office time is 2 pm to 12 am for male employees. Even they call employees on Off Day to work. Some senior(guide) are afraid to speak in English (and don't know hindi also), so there is communication gap. They do partiality. They have two years bond, if u resigned then u won't get any work experience and you have to inform them before 3 months but they can terminate u any day without informing u. even they won't pay u ur salary for this month.

      It is very unfortunate to know you feel remorse over loss of opportunity to work with us. Good amount of training and subsequent exposure to live project is given to each new joiner so that they are well prepared and skill wise equipped for the project. Yes, very few (1-2) employees were terminated for their inadequate performance. The employees are well communicated several times about their incapability to perform before being terminated and they are paid for rendering their services. Soft Suave being multi-cultured organization believes in diversity and encourages official language English at professional environment. Company do have 2 years of bond for only freshers which is very much prevalent in IT industry. There is no submission of original certificates or deposition of cash for the bond. Three months is the notice period which is status quo condition of every organization. Please be well informed before giving false information.

      Not a good value company at all mainly for freshers. I am entitled to Bond, therefore can't able to leave this company.

      1. Will get to work on different domain projects and will get opportunities to learn new technologies. 2. If you want to find out how office politics shapes, please try here. 3. Good for short-term work experience as you will be in 3 years bond period.

      Cons

      1. Bond is very long 2.9 years, precisely 3.2 years(including 3 Months non-negotiable notice period). 2. One more bond is there where you need to keep a 50000 deposit from your salary, which will be reverted back after a minimum of 1.4 years(16 Months), but you may or may not receive the full amount it's all on the company's wish. 3. You will not be provided with any training, as told. 4. Not reliable or trustable company for the long term(by long term I mean 1 year here). 5. Very Poor resource management, they treat your employee like a usable resource nor as a human being. 6. If you're are working for 10+ hours a day also and if you reach half an hour late in the office. they will charge some fine on you(here some can be full day's money i.e. 750). 7. Freshers are treated as slaves to work on 4+ year profiles for more than 11-13 hours while being paid only for 8 hours. 8. Each alternate Saturday is working here(minimum 9.5 Hrs), currently each Saturday is working. 9. In this pandemic time, they are forcibly making employees work from the office.

      We at Soft Suave take pride on following Rules, Regulations and Company policies very ardently. The employee is given appropriate time to get trained and perform under senior employee in the initial months of joining. We terminate employees based on their inadequate/unsatisfactory performance which is very well communicated to the respective employee. It is regretful to know that you felt otherwise. Hope you do well in your future companies.
