Cons
1. Bond is very long 2.9 years, precisely 3.2 years(including 3 Months non-negotiable notice period). 2. One more bond is there where you need to keep a 50000 deposit from your salary, which will be reverted back after a minimum of 1.4 years(16 Months), but you may or may not receive the full amount it's all on the company's wish. 3. You will not be provided with any training, as told. 4. Not reliable or trustable company for the long term(by long term I mean 1 year here). 5. Very Poor resource management, they treat your employee like a usable resource nor as a human being. 6. If you're are working for 10+ hours a day also and if you reach half an hour late in the office. they will charge some fine on you(here some can be full day's money i.e. 750). 7. Freshers are treated as slaves to work on 4+ year profiles for more than 11-13 hours while being paid only for 8 hours. 8. Each alternate Saturday is working here(minimum 9.5 Hrs), currently each Saturday is working. 9. In this pandemic time, they are forcibly making employees work from the office.
