Pros
The health insurance coverage was actually decent, and I didn't have to worry about that part.
Cons
Every single decision I made had to be cleared first, even small stuff that I'd already done a hundred times before. It got to the point where I wasn't even making decisions anymore - I was just... asking for permission and then executing whatever was already decided somewhere else. The trust just wasn't there, and it felt like management genuinely believed I couldn't be left alone for five minutes without things falling apart - made me wonder if I even knew what I was doing anymore. After a while you stop trying to contribute ideas or figure out better ways to do things because what's the point when every suggestion gets picked apart anyway. I watched people leave because they couldn't handle the constant checking-in, the emails asking where you are and what you're working on, the meetings about why you didn't do something the exact way they imagined it. It's exhausting being treated like you're incapable of basic judgment.
