SolarWinds has provided me with a lot of opportunities to challenge myself and grow as professional. The leaders are invested in your growth and if you invest the in company they'll repay the effort with multipliers. Personally, I've had the chance to change career track and pursue my professional interests with great support from my direct manager and the senior leaders of the company. SolarWinds also provides room for you as an individual and takes your personal situation into account if special circumstances are present.

Cons

SolarWinds has reached it's "adolescent"-stage which requires restructuring, mindset change etc. the leadership is working to address this - the next 3 years will be an exciting time for the company.

Pros

Amazing office space in Charlotte with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. There are plenty of social events and networking opportunities that help employees stay engaged and build relationships across different business units. The recent IT reorganization has created a unique opportunity to participate in system and process design initiatives. While this level of change and transformation may not appeal to everyone, it offers valuable experience for those who enjoy shaping new processes and driving organizational improvements. I am optimistic about the direction of the organization and confident in the vision and leadership of the new IT management team.
