Wonderful organization with a couple of bad apples. - Business Resumption Manager Solis Employee Review

I had 2 individuals that were only concerned with their near retirement. They destroyed any ideal of process improvements because they wanted an easy retirement with no changes along the way. When we found out a Hispanic woman was taking over our department one of these "workers" was outwardly upset that a woman would be his boss. These two complacent liars created a hostile environment that I for one am very happy to not being anymore. I do miss the rest of the company.
