Pros
Salary is adequate for area. Customers are awesome. Engineers are top notch. Owner is honest.
Cons
Far too many to post. I am certain upper management would ruin my reputation if I left. Management is abusive and delights in causing friction among staff. Its amazing they haven't had legal problems from the way they treat their employees.

The leadership is amazing and beyond all belief! Extremely supportive and caring. They do not treat you as a number but as a person.
Cons
I had 2 individuals that were only concerned with their near retirement. They destroyed any ideal of process improvements because they wanted an easy retirement with no changes along the way. When we found out a Hispanic woman was taking over our department one of these "workers" was outwardly upset that a woman would be his boss. These two complacent liars created a hostile environment that I for one am very happy to not being anymore. I do miss the rest of the company.
