Unfortunately, this was not a good place to work. The management lacks basic leadership and communication skills, which leads to confusion and inconsistency across the board. There's also a lot of gossip and unnecessary drama that creates a toxic atmosphere. Instead of focusing on teamwork and growth, the culture feels more like a high school clique.
