We are sorry to hear that your experience at Soroco wasn’t positive. While we hear your concerns, we would like to address a few of them here:
1. At Soroco, we value the contributions of all individuals, regardless of their role, which is why we have instituted various rewards and recognition programs. We take care to seek nominations for these rewards from all employees so that the process is open and fair to all. Over the past year, we have also been cognizant of the added pressures of remote work and, hence, have launched several benefits to help people cope with these stresses. If there are more ideas on what we can do better, please do reach out to us directly.
2. Our team is growing rapidly and an important aspect of supporting that growth is to have timely feedback and learning programs in place. We run a detailed performance review process twice a year, where employees and managers are encouraged to discuss on-the-job performance as well as career aspirations. In addition to this, we have recently launched our learning and development program to equip people with the necessary skills to grow within the organization.
3. Our customers are at the heart of what we do. We have an able team of customer success folks who work hard to ensure that we deliver on our promise to our customers.
