Business outlook
Pros
Local staff and vendors were great to work with. Lots of good people and talent. Corporate not so much. They don't pay vendors, or care about their staff.
Cons
Corporate was a nightmare, bad CEO, bad director of operations. Southen Season was the worst job I've ever had. The benefits sucked, 401k with nothing matched, they didn't pay out PTO. Very demanding upper management. They closed the store and restaurant and used the press release to advertise their newer stores because they can't pay for advertising.
