Really amazing colleagues and decent benefits.

The pay scale was underwhelming and the company culture was incredibly poor starting from the top down. There was always a lack of clarity and communication.

Cons

Management was stretched too thin. Lack of training. Management promised permanent position almost daily, fired me without reason, nothing was ever honored.
