Pros
The people I get to work with every day are among the smartest and most talented people I've ever gotten to work with. The mission is super important.
Cons
The constant turnover makes continuity difficult. Morale has been low ever since the huge layoff wave in May. Other reviews have already said this, but I've already started looking elsewhere because it's hard for me to envision actual career growth in an atmosphere where I could be next. Salary isn't competitive relative to the amount of work they make you do.
