Pros
Great people to work for and people to work with. Every one i work with and encounter across the whole company is approachable, both in the UK and the USA. the work is enjoyable, new and good ideas, often tight time scales and demands but as the company is growing this makes it easier as you get more support.
Cons
Time scales are often very tight but if you dont have tight time scales projects run on longer and longer. Some times we need more time to do the work and delays are not our always our fault,
