      TOXIC!! AVOID

      Pros

      Some of the staff are genuinely wonderful experienced and talented people desperately trying to steer the company towards commercial success.

      Cons

      Talented people won’t stick around for long due to a toxic management team that are incompetent, lazy and self promoting. Micromanagement is rife. They hire people who are experts in their field and then ignore their opinions and concerns. Obvious safety issues when raised are quickly swept under the carpet and “hidden from view” so as to allow progress to continue. Hire and fire culture if you don’t align to their unethical practices.

      The majority of the staff are nice people

      Cons

      The Senior Management are some of the most toxic people I have ever met. There is a culture of toxic masculinity that is promoted and encouraged. Hard working people are often blamed for mistakes to cover up for people who just don't know what they are doing. Also nepotism and bullying are rife. I can't recommend enough that this is a company you should stay away from.

      Pros

      Great people to work for and people to work with. Every one i work with and encounter across the whole company is approachable, both in the UK and the USA. the work is enjoyable, new and good ideas, often tight time scales and demands but as the company is growing this makes it easier as you get more support.

      Cons

      Time scales are often very tight but if you dont have tight time scales projects run on longer and longer. Some times we need more time to do the work and delays are not our always our fault,
