I have never seen so many people come and go at a company including most of senior management have been fired and replaced with incompetent managers (vs leaders)- these people have recruited friends into the business without the right skills or right profile l - they have hired people to manage up only and are good at creating slides with polished numbers even though EMEA has been underperforming for years now. US leadership blaming EMEA rather than taking ownership of the issue - just replacing people doesn't solve the problem. Founder mentality is gone and culture of Splunk is non existent these days and most of the best sales talent has left. Bureaucracy at its best and non-realistic targets the norm. strange really and sad!
