Pros
Great working atmosphere and 'work hard, play hard' attitude. Good work life balance and well organised company events and activities on a regular basis. Skilled people and not a company run entirely on interns like most start-ups meaning you work with a lot of talented people, however if you are an intern you can then expect to learn a lot!
Cons
The reality of startup companies is that they aren’t for everyone, and on person’s cons may be another person’s pros. Sometimes it is a lot to learn at once in a Start-up, but I appreciate that and everyone here is a great mentor if you need advice. So even though it is an intense field it makes it very exciting and the employers are all willing to share and learn knowledge from one another.
