Pros

The only pros the company has to offer, where the people that they continue to take advantage of, all so full of knowledge and an incredible asset to the company putting in over time that goes unnoticed. Doing management jobs that management just doesn’t have the time to do. Your invited into a really cool and relaxed culture, yet it’s all a scheme. The promise of many activities or programs that are continiously brought forward to management is rejected or forgotten about and there is no such thing as a relaxing environment. I understand it’s fast paced business but there is also a fine line between quality and creativity and low quality, labour call centre. It’s very much an stressful environment of over promising and under providing. The only learning you get out of it is your own as bare minimal training is provided so i guess it’s still a pro for learning.

Cons

The CEOs come over only to tell us how much money the business is making and how fast the company is growing. Yet majority of staff are paid under award and never on time, they actually have to chase up their own pay after a month of it being ‘processesd’ . They get staff to right ‘positive’ feed back and lie on review groups such as this. They knock back working from home, but if your to sick to come in they will encourage you to get all of your work down for the day at home and will use it against you if you haven’t completed it. The fact that I actually have to give them 1 star.

Pros

I work on campaigns for small and medium businesses — different industries, different formats. The variety keeps it interesting and helps me pick up new skills fast. The team is friendly and supportive, which makes for a good working environment. The pay is competitive.

Cons

Some clients have no clear objectives, which makes planning difficult.
